Rhonda Bond

Rhonda is responsible for the market analysis of employee benefits for clients & prospects. She specializes in fully insured and self-funded plan designs, data analysis, report preparation and underwriting support to our Benefit Consultants. Rhonda has been employed by Williams-Manny since March 2006. Prior to coming to Williams-Manny, she worked as a Benefit Specialist for an international company in self-funded benefit design, account management and COBRA administration. Rhonda has an Associate's Degree in business from Rock Valley College. Rhonda is licensed in Accident/Health and Life Insurance.

Tanya Canfield

Tanya is responsible for the market analysis for our employee benefit clients and prospects. Tanya works on fully insured, partial self-funded, and self-funded plan designs, data analysis, and report preparation for: medical, dental, vision, and disability lines of coverage. Tanya has been employed by Williams-Manny since July 2005. Tanya has an Associate's Degree in Human Services from Rock Valley College.

Nicki Christensen

Nicki is responsible for assisting clients and works with our Benefit Consultants on new business and renewals on fully insured group health, life, dental and disability insurance. Nicki has been employed by Williams-Manny since April 2006. Prior to coming to Williams-Manny, she worked in the Human Resource Department of a local business, specializing in self-funded administration and COBRA. Nicki is licensed in Accident/Health and Life Insurance.

Norma Coffman

Norma has over 15 years experience in the industry. Norma began her career with Independent Life & Health Agency, the originating agency of Midwest Life & Health Group, in 1989 as assistant to the life insurance department, group benefits and group claims departments. She then went on to market, administer and maintain group accounts ranging in sizes and benefit plans. Experience has enabled Norma to remain with Independent Life & Health through the sale of the company in 1999 and through the merger with Williams-Manny, Inc. in 2007. Norma has knowledge in self insured plans with the primary focus in fully insured and ancillary benefits. Norma is licensed with the State of Illinois in Accident/Health and Life Insurance.

Brian Coyle

Brian came to Williams-Manny in January of 2004. He joined the agency’s Employee Benefits team with 14 years of experience working with executives, business owners, and human resource managers in the areas of Life and Disability Insurance, Health Insurance, Occupational Health Services, and Voluntary/Worksite products. Brian also holds an MBA in Marketing from Keller Graduate School of Management. Brian currently serves on the board of directors of Kantorei – The Singing Boys of Rockford, and coordinates an annual Catholic Family Conference held here in Rockford.

Susanne Dalton

Susanne is the supervisor of the Benefit Analyst Department and is a licensed life and health insurance producer. She is responsible for the market analysis for our employee benefit clients & prospects. She works on both fully insured and self funded client plans, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability. She also assists clients with their excel report preparation for self bill policies. Susanne has been employed by Williams-Manny Midwest since August 2005. Prior to Williams-Manny Midwest, she worked as the Insurance Administrator for a major manufacturing company. She has a background in Human Resources, Payroll, COBRA administration and Customer Service.

Judi Friel

Judy is responsible for the day to day client administration, working closely with our Benefits Consultants, handling phone calls, enrollments, new business, renewals and customer service. Judi has been in the insurance business for 32 years. She has worked as a commercial underwriter, marketing representative, and personal lines account representative. She has worked for 2 insurance companies and 2 local agencies in the commercial lines. She joined Midwest Life & Health in February 2001 entering the employee benefit side of the insurance. She joined Williams-Manny, Inc. on January 1, 2007 with the merger of Midwest Life & Health Group LLC. Judi is licensed in Accident/Health and Life Insurance.

Roger Gray

Roger joined Midwest Life & Health Group as a Benefits Consultant in 2000 and came to Williams-Manny with the merger in 2007. From 1975 to 1995 Roger was CEO/President of a Rockford Corporation. He has also worked as a broker for Prudential, Principal Financial and Mainstreet Financial. Roger is licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin for Life & Health, Voluntary Products, and Annuities.

Karen Hranka

After almost 20 years in the banking industry, Karen joined Williams-Manny in July 2008.  She assists Dave Syverson with his clients in regards to their individual insurance needs.  Karen specializes in life, health, long term care, disability and annuity plans.

Karen has lived in Rockford nearly all her life attending Boylan High Scholl and NIU.  She married her husband John in 2002, adding three more children to the son and daughter she raised numbering the family at seven….until the addition of the youngest, Molly….a six pound Yorkie.

Tim is the Divisional President of the Employee Benefits Department Williams-Manny Midwest and President of Midwest Financial Associates. Before the merger, Tim was President of Midwest Life and Health Group, LLC.

Since 1988, he has worked exclusively in the financial services and employee benefits field with a variety of individuals as well as small to large business clients. Timothy is a University of Illinois graduate with a bachelors and post secondary degree in economics and finance. He is a chartered life underwriter, chartered financial consultant, and a certified financial planner with specialization in the areas of estate planning, employee benefit planning, individual financial consultation, and advanced life insurance and business succession strategies.

Tim is active in the professional community with long term memberships in the American Society of CLU, ChFC, and NAIFA. He has served as a board member of the local chapter. Tim has been a member of the Million Dollar Round Table for 14 consecutive years. He has qualified for the Top of the Table 6 times, Court of the Table once. Tim is a former President of the Rockford Life Underwriters association.

Lynn has been in the insurance industry since 1998 and employed by Williams-Manny since February 2007. Prior to the merger, she worked for Midwest Life and Health Group, LLC and Midwest Financial Associates as assistant to Tim Knauf.

Lynn is responsible for executive compensation plans, qualified retirement programs, Traditional IRAs and Roth IRAs, wrap fee money management accounts, mutual fund accounts including variable and fixed annuities, 401 (k) and profit sharing plans and Securities. Lynn is licensed in Accident/Health and Life Insurance.

Lynn is a licensed life and health producer.

Kathy Morris

Kathy is responsible for the day to day administration questions you may have throughout the year and works closely with your Benefit Consultant on maintaining the highest level of service to your group. Kathy has over 14 years experience in the benefits industry. She began her career with Pioneer Life Insurance Company in 1992 working with Individual Benefit Plans and Medicare Supplements. She was recruited by Benchmark Health Insurance Company in 1998 as an internal Customer Service Representative. Because of her communications skills and knowledge, she moved into an external Customer Service Consultant position. She remained with the company as a Service Consultant through the purchase by Midwest Security Administrators in 2001 as well as the purchase of Midwest Security Administrators by United HealthCare in 2003. Kathy joined Midwest Life & Health Group in April of 2006. She is licensed in Accident/Health and Life Insurance.

Michael Parsons

Michael came to Williams-Manny in June of 2006 with 8 years of experience working with self funded and fully insured major medical plans including high deductible HSA plans as well as group life, dental, disability, integrated wellness and employee assistance programs. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a B.A. in History.

Michael is married and has 5 children. He is active in organizations including the Cub Scouts and his Church.

Laura Penwarden

Laura is responsible for the administration of Dave Syverson’s individual and group plans with marketing support and management of new and existing accounts.

She has been in the insurance industry since 1979 and employed by Williams-Manny since March 1999. Prior to coming to Williams-Manny, Laura worked in a sales office and a home office as the primary benefits consultant support and service representative. Laura has a degree from Rock Valley College and is licensed in both Accident/Heath & Life and Property & Casualty Insurance.

Leon Rebodos

Leon received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Wisconsin, where he majored in Marketing with an emphasis in Sales. Upon graduation in 1988, he immediately obtained his insurance license. In 1991, he became an underwriter for group medical and ancillary plan. He then shifted to the marketing of employee benefits, where he has been a top production consultant for carriers such as: Prudential, New York Life, United Health and Guardian/ Destiny Health. Leon has consulted for groups from 2 to 3,000 employees nationwide and for many types of industries including: manufacturing, service, technology, healthcare, financial, legal, non for profit, union/ non- union, schools, and municipalities, to name a few.

Leon has extensive knowledge of traditional products such as PPO’s and HMO’s; however, in the past five years he has been extremely successful at implementing consumer driven plans, such as HRA’s and HSA’s, in over 160 companies. He is one of the first to implement an HRA as well as one of the first to implement an HSA in the United States. Throughout his insurance career, Leon has received top honors such as: Aetna Rookie Salesman of the Year, Rush Prudential Salesperson of the Year, NYLCare Salesperson of the Year, and Guardian/ Destiny Health Sales Consultant of the Year

On a personal level, he is also involved in several not-for-profit organizations including: Christian Youth Theater (Past Board of Director), Indian Princess Program (Nation and Tribal Leader), Lead Worship at Light of Christ Church, Member of Algonquin/ Lake in the Hills Chamber of Commerce, Member DeKalb County Assoc. of Human Resource Managers. Recent public speaking engagements have primarily been regarding Consumer Driven Health and HSAs.

Ray Rice

Ray has been involved in the insurance field since 1985. He was Vice President of Sales for Independent Life and Health, Rockford, IL from 1986 until 1999. From 1999 until 2007 he was CEO of Midwest Life & Health Group, LLC. When Midwest Life & Health merged with Williams-Manny, Inc on January 1, 2007 Ray was named Division Vice President of Williams-Manny Midwest.

He has extensive experience in the specific stop loss insurance marketplace with multiple clients. He also has governmental insured business with counties within Illinois. He has long-term career business clients in both Illinois and Wisconsin.

Ray has Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Wisconsin System. He was involved on the Special Events Committee with On The Waterfront for 9 years as well as a member of the Rockford 2000 Committee. He is a past member of the Guilford High School Booster Club as well as a member of the School Improvement Committees at both Spring Creek Grade School and Eisenhower Middle School. Ray's wife, Janet, is a teacher at the Rosecrance Griffin Williamson Campus for the Rockford School District. She is a graduate of Illinois State University with Bachelor and Master's Degrees in Education. They are the parents of twin 23-year sons who graduated from college in 4 years and are working in Milwaukee, WI and Chicago, IL.

Diane Roy

Diane is responsible for the day to day administration questions you may have throughout the year and will work closely with your benefit consultant on maintaining the highest level of service to your group. Diane has been in the insurance industry since 1989 and came to Williams-Manny in July of 2006. Prior to coming to Williams-Manny, Diane worked for a local health plan for 15 years as an Account Manager responsible for the service and renewal process for both small and corporate accounts. Diane is licensed in Accident/Health & Life Insurance.
